This presentation would address how organizations tend to organize in ways that drive effectiveness through what can be called “tactical performance,” or following standard operating procedures. But to succeed an increasingly dynamic (and digital) environment, organizations must create the space for “adaptive performance,” i.e., breaking free from procedures to grasp hold of new opportunities, innovate, and adapt to changing business needs.
